Day 15: The Back Door That Opens to the Best Part of the Trip
The Patio Deck & Gear Ramp
There’s a certain moment on every journey:
You’ve arrived. You’ve parked. The sun’s dipping low. And everything in your body says—it’s time to open up.
That’s what the rear of the LV Series is made for.
Not just to unload—but to unwind.
To cook outside. To sip a drink with your feet up. To launch into your next adventure with zero resistance.
The drop-down deck is one of Living Vehicle’s most beloved features. But on the LV Series PRO, it’s evolved.
Now, the Deck Is Also a Ramp
For the first time in any Living Vehicle, the deck doesn’t just float in space—it meets the ground. Smoothly. Easily. Securely.
Thanks to a reinforced design and integrated lift-assist system, the deck folds down flush with the earth, transforming into a gear ramp and creating seamless access to the interior through the wide rear slider.
Load In. Live Out.
When the rear couch is folded up, the central living area opens up into a generous, flat-floor loading zone—complete with anchor points built into the floor. That means serious adventure gear has a home:
- Surfboards & SUPs
- A kayak
- Even a pair of Electric bikes
And here’s the best part—you’re towing a power station. The LV Series isn’t just a place to store your gear, it’s a place to charge it. Bring your electric bikes and recharge them using solar power. Quiet. Clean. Smell-free. No fuel. No fumes. Just energy, ready to ride.
Your Outdoor Lounge, Reimagined
When the gear’s unloaded, the deck becomes something else entirely.
A private outdoor patio, complete with fold-out railings for safety, and room for folding chairs and a table—perfect for dining, relaxing, or catching the view. Use it as an extension of the kitchen, too—thanks to the marine-grade propane BBQ, included with the trailer.
And above it all? On the PRO model, a solar awning stretches out overhead. It creates shade. It shields you from rain. And on its top surface? It’s generating power while you lounge beneath it.
Freedom That Folds Down With You
The deck is more than a feature—it’s a feeling.
A place where the indoors and outdoors blur.
Where your gear rolls in and your downtime rolls out.
Where you land, spread out, and stay a while.
Because when your home is built for adventure, the journey doesn’t stop when you park. It starts at the back door.
